A modern commercial complex located in the heart of Lac Tunis business district. The building features a distinctive glass facade with geometric patterns that reflect the surrounding urban landscape. The design prioritizes natural light and sustainable elements, incorporating green terraces on multiple levels.

The interior layout offers flexible office spaces with panoramic views of Lake Tunis. High ceilings and open floor plans create a productive work environment, while the ground floor houses retail spaces and a café that activate the street level.
